This page explains how to request deletion of your Luma TCG account (published by S4F LLC) and associated data.
How to request deletion
The quickest way: in the app, Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and your personal data is erased within 30 days. If you no longer have access to the app, email contact@lumatcg.com from the address linked to your account, stating your username, or use the button below. We process those requests within 30 days.
Data deleted
Deletion permanently erases:
•
your account and authentication information;
•
your profile (username, picture, preferences);
•
your collection, wishlists, and portfolio data;
•
your listings, messages, stories, comments, and photos.
Data retained
We may retain, for a limited time, the data strictly necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, transaction records required for accounting or fraud prevention). This data is no longer used for any other purpose.
